Had such a wonderful stay after an emergency at my booked hotel cancelled my stay and recommended this place. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Fancy details and decor. Free cookies and snacks. Awesome lobby area and friendly front desk. Close to TD Garden for the Celtics and Bruins games I went to, as well as walking along the river and downtown. Excellent hotel, would stay again.
My husband and I recently stayed at The Whitney for a week while I had surgery at Mass Gen. Let me just say, 5 stars is not enough. By far the most amazing hotel. This hotel is just above and beyond. I can not rave about them enough. From the front desk staff to house keeping. Anytime we needed anything, they were incredibly helpful. The beds were so comfortable with amazing pillows! The bathrooms were beautiful with an amazing rainfall shower. And the room had the most comfortable couch. We heard very little outside noise. Very convenient location. Walking distance to Mass Gen with an amazing hospital rate. We will be staying here anytime we come to Boston!
Had an amazing stay at the Whitney Hotel. Room and amenities were excellent. Loved the bath products. The staff was friendly and always accommodating our requests. We also dined at the Peregrine restaurant and everything we ate was delicious. Would highly recommend.
We recently stayed while celebrating our wedding anniversary. Sam and the entire staff could not have been anymore kind and accommodating. We received a complimentary room upgrade which was amazing! The rooms are beautifully appointed and the restaurant/patio are cozy and fun. We took the bikes out around the river and the loved peeking in the many shops on Charles St.
We will be back for sure!
Stayed here in mid December, it was so cozy and beautiful and festive and clean! Michael was super warm & welcoming to us, accommodating some last minute requests with a smile. The bed and shower were both amazing.
Also the hotel is HIGHLY prepared for COVID safety. Masks and sanitizer everywhere, cleaned rooms are sealed and marked, and much more. We were so impressed and felt 100% safe staying there.
