Reviews from visitors:
I went down to Boston to visit my cousin, we stayed for 1 night and were AMAZED at how nice this place was. We got free wine in their lobby, staff were so welcoming, room was super clean and modern. We got cocktail vouchers for their bar and the room came with $10 towards their restraunt and bar in the hotel. Only comment would be don't let the elevator from the parking garage fool you, once you hit that lobby its like a whole other world! So beautiful!
Excellent stay with no complaints! Staff were friendly, accommodating and welcoming to us and our dog. Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable.
We enjoyed the extra perk of borrowing a polaroid camera and took advantage of the free drinks at the 5pm happy hour.
We are looking forward to staying again.
It could have been a great stay: Clean spacious room, extremely friendly and helpful staff, great view overlooking the Charles to the Boson Skyline, Good location, those deserve a 5 stars rating.
but....
Whatever you do, the temperature in the room did not go over 65. I am not asking for a subtropical setting, but 65 is a bit too low.
Secondly, even if the temp at the sink is piping hot, the shower was tepid even at max setting.
So, a room on the cool side + a lukewarm shower does not make one elated, especially on a cold Boston winter morning.
Too bad, I would have loved to love this place.
Great rooms. Pet-friendly. Accommodating staff that utilizes text messages to ensure you have everything you require!
Everything about this hotel is incredible! I loved the rooms -- very comfortable, great overall design and quality, top of the line tech including internet-connected oversized flatscreen TV + sleek bluetooth speakers, very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff, which makes a big difference. GREAT amenities! For once, a hotel's "amenity fee" actually comes with some tangible amenities, like credit to the restaurant and a Polaroid camera on loan with film, etc. Loved how dog friendly the hotel was - I didn't even come with a dog, but it made for such a nice friendly atmosphere how many people came with theirs. Price was not cheap but not unreasonable either. Honestly I've stayed at A LOT of hotels during the pandemic and this has been my favorite stay so far. I hope to be back and will definitely recommend this hotel to friends looking to stay in the Boston area. Just a tip: it's probably worth spending the extra $ on the view like we did, since the alternative is facing a courtyard and looking across at other rooms, plus the view over the water and across to Boston is quite nice.
