This hotel is where you want to stay in Boston. It is spotless, beyond clean, spacious, beautiful and has a wonderful staff. The hotel manager, Mary is so kind and accommodating. I would recommend staying here and in this area over any other in Boston. There is breakfast available every morning, a bar, amazing rooftop views and a great little grocery shop/deli right near by for everything else you need. The concierge will have great recommendations for you but you cant go wrong in the Seaport area. It is up and coming, clean, and has multiple restaurant options nearby. Thank you Mary for helping my now fiancee plan the perfect proposal at your rooftop.
WONDERFUL!
First time on a Hyatt Place specifically and was amazed with it. The hotel is basically brand new, the personnel was helpful, respectful and very attentive. The common areas where always clean and had sanitizing stations. The breakfast was great, it gives you the option to choose from cold and hot breakfast, even both, the only downside of the hot breakfast was that the first day was a breakfast bowl which was great and the rest of the days was the same egg sandwich, one of those days the sandwich was spicy, they should had a non spicy option, anyways the breakfast was perfect. Room was clean and comfy, TV should had a more decent variety of channels. Great location.
Excited to see this new hotel. We work nearby and have watched it bring built for 2 years. Amazing maritime themed art work inside. Clean and comfortable. Just looking around today but staff was quite friendly. I'll be going back for dinner and drinks soon.
Staff was wonderful! Helped us out during any time of the day including late at night with toiletries. Complimentary breakfast in the morning, despite COVID, they manage to put out something for people to eat. Room was beautiful and, service was just outstanding! Definitely coming back ☺️ also, valet parking is $35 if you book online, and it’s so worth it, you can enter and exit whenever you need, as long it’s within the whole 24 hours. I am so thankful for the service at Hyatt, it made my partner’s birthday so special!
Location was not great but hotel was nice and employees very friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast could of had a little more variety.
