Great customer service. Spotless clean comfortable accommodations. Quick check in and valet. We will definitely be Bach. I love that the tub had a shower inside the tub and a second shower located in the ceiling.
Stayed here yesterday and everything was great. The room was spacious and probably one of the best locations being with all the restaurants and shops of the North End. Customer service was great from booking to check out. Looking forward to our next stay already
I've never been so underwhelmed in my life. This place is so shotty and fly by night. I've stayed at motel 6s that were better than this. Security is rude. I let the front desks know my issues with the state of the room and they look at you like," yeah and.....". The rooms are super dated. Wallpaper pealing, furniture is in rough looking shape. This place needs a face lift or better management. Don't let the pics on the website fool you, find somewhere else.
Was pretty good. Rooms were nice, front desk was nice. Good area. Was a little annoying with COVID and all you need a security guard to let you in after midnight. We propped the door open so we wouldn't bother him but he got mad and wouldn't let us back in and it was cold.
Came from Rochester to stay a few days. I think for the location and price this hotel is excellent! Right on the harbor, walking distance to everything you could ever want and the staff was incredibly accommodating, particularly Charlotte at the front desk. After a 7 hour drive, we got to our first room and were greeted with loud music and young girls living it up next door to us and I really wanted to relax worry free. I brought it up to the front desk and they immediately switched our room, which ended up being better than the first. Thank you for making our stay special ♡
