Maybe next time you close the hotel, you should let Living Social know not to book any reservations so weary travelers don’t show up expecting the place to be open.
A well decorated and comfortable room. The local art that is on display around the property is a really nice touch.
Our only complaint is the $20/day facility fee that you get charged on top of the room rate. That should be included in the booking price...we probably would have booked a different hotel had we known about this fee beforehand.
It's a 2 star hotel located in the Soldiers field road in Boston city. It is little away from the city area. The hotel is completely decorated with artworks by various artists around the city. They maintain those artworks very neatly and keep the history of the artist behind it for days. Each suite in the hotel is having a different painting. Very clean and neat maintenance.
Overall it was a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room is spacious for big city hotels. The decor is very nice and unique. I was told every room has different art work from the local artists. Breakfast was included, although didn’t list in the search from hotwire booking site. The early evening wine was a nice surprise as well.
The room was fabulous. Comfy bed, super clean and well appointed!
My one suggestion, if you are in the north wing request a room that does not face the ice rink! The fan from the rink is loud! The fan goes on and off all night! If it just stayed on it would be great white noise! Hardly slept at all. Such a shame because this hotel is really something special, just has a bad neighbor on one side!
