I cannot express enough just how charming this little hotel is! The room is small, but honestly, how much time are you really spending in your room while visiting a big city? It was perfect. The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get up and around in the morning. The staff was so kind to my dog, providing him with a dog bed, food/water bowls, poop bags/holder, and showering him with treats and becoming his instant best friends. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Such a cute place, very boutique-y. Love the design, colors, staff was helpful and friendly. The location is also excellent! Lots of restaurants in the area! Would stay again!
Edward the GM and his staff were amazing. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. The StayPineapple is a beautiful historic building with easy access to everything you would come to Boston for.

I had an extended stay in Staypineapple during a transition period. Honestly the staff really made me and my dog feel at home. My dog would be excited to see the people every morning. The beds are very comfy, the design is a little quirky but fun and the location is excellent: the restaurants on Tremont are two blocks away and the shops on Newbury are a short 5min walk away. Thank you for making an extra stressful time a little more comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston, and even more so pet owners
