Small Rooms, beautiful bathroom. Very clean.. But the view could be better. (Paid extra for a better view) Friendly people at the front desk, and the bartender was really nice and made really good drinks. I would definitely stay there again when they open their rooftop.
Great location! Walking distance to China Town, Emerson university. So many places to eat!
The rooms are very similar to ALoft. Simple, clean, hip. Small but we wanted location.
When I say I will never come here again, never suggest it to my friends or family, and will actually warn people away from this hotel, I mean it. Easily one of the worst hotels I've been to, and I travel often. Zero amenities (unless you count the fact that you actually have a bed and a shower that runs but that's it). The rooms are so tiny they have to hang a folding table and folding chair on hooks on the wall in case you want any. No coffee, no fridge, no tea, and the area is kind of sketchy. The first room they put us in, that beautiful window view? Was of a brick wall. We upgraded to a city view for a hefty charge... and with the new room... That shower I mentioned? The water is freezing. And the light over the bed? Flickers constantly. And I don't mean that weird buzzing flicker I mean straight up turning on and off as if the light bulb was convulsing. Absolutely terrible. The fact this is considered a "4 star hotel" is terrifying. Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
The hotel was very hip and aesthetically pleasing. But I will never stay here again. The shower and water pressure was very poor. There was no hot water. The heating and cooling system was terrible. Overall terrible experience and I don’t recommend this hotel. Plenty of other options in the city.
Very upbeat, funky clean establishment! Rooms are great size for a weekend getaway or just a get away I general. Nice professional staff. Top floors have beautiful views of the city♥️
