Very clean hotel with a very professional and helpful staff.. room service and cleaning services were excellent. NATHAN from concierge and JOSEPH the doorman were both amazing and provided so much advice and recommendations for us. Stayed in the deluxe king bed room with a view of the harbor and it was worth it. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boston. High rated for a reason!
Exceptional. Unmistakably Boston. Total luxury. Worth every penny. Try getting deluxe or premier room for even more space. Not that it matters, but most Presidents stay here when visiting Boston. One of, if not the best, Boston hotels. Staying here made me truly feel proud to be a Bostonian and I really appreciated all the thoughtful Boston touches everywhere you look

Beautiful Hotel. The view is outstanding. The staff is always rude from the valet to the help desk which is annoying when you’re spending the amount of money you spend to stay here
