Full disclosure; I am only giving 5 stars to Alexandra, the manager of the bar. I can't fully comment on the hotel/other staff as I did not stay at hotel (I stayed across the street). Alexandra had about 500 things going on the night that I was there, but she literally did them all. Good job Westin, good hire. You need to promote people who work hard for you!
We didn't stay this time, but it sure reminded me of the time my family stayed. Rooms are cozy, plenty of things to do and eat close by. Room service can take a while and staff could be a little more charismatic. Still, a great option
Great location and view. We are on top floor with river view. The room and hotel is clean, and staff are extremely professional.
Great touchless check-in and entry. Room very clean. The entertainment be system did not work but the manager promptly remedied the situation. Very courteous. The price was a great bargain and the location was awesome!
We visited the Fogo Dinner Boston. It was an amazing restaurant. Loved the service the attention of everyone on the floor by the servers and managers. The fresh feeling of all the vegetables! We got at we paid for
