Noah the Concierge/Manager was super friendly. Got lost on phone he guided me to hotel. Shower amenities were the best I’ve had at a hotel. Love the Red Decor in the room I stayed in. The king size bed was super comfortable . Honestly the mattress was the Ferrari of beds!!!!!The room has the best central air system I’ve been in and that’s big for me because I like a room with a lot of air and there central air blasts!!!!
What a great find for a last minute stay. The hotel was very clean. Front desk staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The best part of the stay was the bed. Very comfortable. Great city view. Will definitely be staying here again.
Overall enjoyed my stay! Found this hotel via a 3rd party booking service at a great price. Stayed two nights over the weekend. Staff was amazing, very customer service friendly. Had a king size bed, decent size room, updated, clean. Housekeeping stopped by even and asked if I needed new towels or refreshed trashed. Their bar/restaurant was closed at the time of my visit. I will note that their water pressure of the shower & faucet wasn’t great at all. Hot water, just very lower pressure. Could also use a more comfortable mattress. I’d stay here again for the price.
We stayed there for 3 nights and had no issues with anything. The room was nice and quaint. Vince and the other team members provided excellent customer service to us.
The location of this hotel is also a great plus. Less than a mile from the market and other popular sites. Will stay here again!
