Guaranteed rate and room if I extended my stay; told there were tons of empty rooms. Went out and new manager said my room was reserved and moved me to a smaller room. Toilet ran and dripped all night; manager told me he couldn’t address it, to just close the door. Housekeeping woke me up very early Sunday! morning; manager told me rooms are cleaned once vacant—even though check out is at noon. Ice machine broken.
Great location but I wouldn’t stay here ever again. The managers need a lesson in hospitality. Incredibly rude and irreverent.
Amazing stay 10/10. Can’t wait to stay there again. Michael, the gentleman at the desk, was super helpful! They had some interesting art in the halls. Great location.

In the heart of Cambridge, this place is very quaint. It felt different from any other hotel I have stayed at. The staff was very friendly. They have a coffee machine near the reception area that makes okay cappuccino. It was really enjoyable to grab a coffee and sit downstairs to read and relax.
