Great hotel! Beautiful architecture and great room and location. My only negative would be the provided shampoo and conditioner, did not smell very good
As a Boston resident I have been coming to this exquisite hotel right in the middle of the action in Copley Square for years for the restaurant, lounge and overall atmosphere with classic design! They even have a signature scent that I find amazingly contributes to the appeal. Most recently I had Thanksgiving meal at City Table and during a strange season that was definitely a highlight! Thank you!
Excellent
We stayed here last month and it was amazing. Between the amazing staff, service, motion sensors and the self-cleaning elevator buttons we felt at ease at a time of chaos in the world and were able to relax and enjoy our time in Boston. The location is impeccable, shops and restaurants are within a walking distance and the views from our room were breathtaking. We will be staying here next time we come to Boston. I highly recommend this hotel! You will not regret it!
The service here was top notch, friendly and helpful in everyway, they have a wonderful fireplace in the lobby. Our family had a great time! Thank you to the staff at the Lenox for being so accommodating!
