A little wonder !! Here is finally a real beautiful guest room! The decoration is soft, neat and original and what to say about the breakfast ... Delicious!
A night spent in an establishment which lives up to its name: friendly and peaceful place to disconnect even if you are from the region (we are from Pessac). Nice Attention for my birthday, delicious dinner, breakfast left in front of the door. The rooms are spacious and clean. And to finish off on a Sunday morning at the spa with a relaxing massage. In short, nothing to say, I wish this nice couple the best for the future because they keep smiling and have been able to adapt to the difficult conditions of this year 2020. Many thanks !!!
We spent 5 nights at La Belle Endormie (we had reserved the 2 rooms):
Perfect in every way.
- the lodging is very well located near the city center: 10 to 15 minutes on foot through the garden, it is very pleasant.
- the rooms are elegant, refined and very clean (you take off your shoes when entering, at the bottom of the stairs ... It is reassuring about the cleanliness )
- the welcome is warm without ever being intrusive: perfect
- the breakfast served in your room is delicious (with an excellent pastry baker )
To note :
- provide that there is a beautiful staircase from the entrance to access the bedrooms on the 1st floor.
- one bedroom is large with a huge and extraordinary bathroom, the other bedroom is even larger with a smaller but equally elegant bathroom.
We will come back with pleasure "to be pampered" at Sleeping Beauty

Since you are asking me to detail my note, here is the explanation:
We contacted you to reserve for two nights from 1st to 2nd. You wanted to sell us two more meals, which was relatively very expensive for what it was, which we declined.
Following the announcement of your prices for the SPA which are 90 € per person for 1 hour, we have chosen to reduce our stay. You gave us your agreement by phone, and you told me that you would send me the reservation by SMS as for the first time.
And since you speak of courage, we too expected a minimum of courage from you, and a call rather than an SMS would have been better come to tell us that. Especially since you no longer dared to answer us by phone after that ...
I understand your situation, but I do not accept your giving us your consent to revoke it because you have managed to sell for more. It's unprofessional and you managed to ruin our weekend hence my rating and my dissatisfaction.
