Excellent property and very convenient location for Bordeaux. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is very clean and has a great stylish decor.
Everybody at the hotel is super accomodating!. Our room on the 9th Floor was great and our little dog was welcomed which is a huge plus.
In regards to covid restrictions the hotel felt very sanitized with precautions in place without feeling clinical and over the top.
Breakfast was takeaway to your room with an amazing selection and very well thought out and efficient.
This is maybe our 5th or 6th stay and we will continue to choose this hotel when we visit Bordeaux.
Easy to get to and good for parking. Good check in facilities and rather spacious. Staff were friendly and the room was adequate. Long walk to the city centre down a rather run down avenue.
Great hotel, good service, comfortable beds and large rooms. Just a little far from the main center, but you can always rent a bike in front of the hotel (Vélo V3)

Tried to downgrade room for another costumer, the area around is not safe for children and a family if you want to park your car o walking.
