Truly outstanding!! We needed a place at short notice and they were so accommodating. The greeting and support was so overwhelming on arrival, the food and service was world class with so many personal touches. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and the rooms are wonderful.

Great hotel! Staff do everything possible to assist, and the hotel provides some nice amenities in the room. They have only a few rooms, giving you much privacy compared to traditional hotels. Will return when we visit Bordeaux again.
