Beautiful, comfortable , large room I'm a good city location. The staff gives you space and privacy, but is very easy to communicate with via email. The check in instructions were very easy to follow, and the coffee/tea/ cookie cart was lovely. When you wake up in the morning, in room Sanchez, you can smell the bakery downstairs, which is lovely.
Really lovely room in a great location a bit removed from the touristy area of Bordeaux - although a short 15 minute walk. There are a number of buildings that have rooms in them, all close to their restaurant Chez DuPont.
We stayed in the Sanchez Room, which is beautiful. However we didn’t realize from the photos that the bed is actually round. This unfortunately made it very squeaky with the slightest movement while sleeping.
There is no check in / reception area since the rooms are dispersed among different buildings. The check in instructions are sent via text so be sure you have service on the day of check in or ask for the instructions earlier.
