Very bad customer service. Impolite staff upon check in. I was made to feel very unwelcome and the staff were not helpful. I had been called on the phone before my arrival to inform me to arrive before midday to check in and so I arrived at 10am and upon my arrival I was told I couldn't check in until 2pm. This was most unhelpful as I had arranged my work meetings around this original deadline. I will not be staying here again.
Lovely hotel with nice clean rooms. Staff speaking English so is great for us non French. Location of the hotel is fabulous. Walking distance to all the nice restaurants and coffee shops.

Very shabby not a lot of chic....miserable reception. tiny room uber basic
Clean, water hot, bed comfortable, air con. Bathroom miniscule. Nowhere to hang the handheld shower so impossible to wash your hair and use the combined shampoo/shower gel dispenser without turning off the water. Or leave the water on and water floods everywhere. Great location but wouldn't stay here again. Issue with key. I didn't have the 'knack' required to unlock the door and had to ask the staff. Even they had some difficulty. No tea/coffee making facilities.
