Amazing stay at Le Palais Gallien. Everything was perfect. The staff was over the top helpful and excited to be there. They helped us make reservations, find dinner places, call for a driver, and even helped my husband translate and find cold medicine. They came up with tea when they heard I wasn't feeling well. The rooms were clean and fresh and SO comfortable. There was the sweetest little balcony. Robes & slippers, chocolates, and mini cakes awaiting in our rooms. They also had hand-written notes welcoming us. Overall, best hotel stay on our Europe trip so far!!
Absolutely superb hotel in Bordeaux and highly recommended!! Stayed in many nice city hotels and my partner and I had a wonderful stay here. Very nice hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful courtyard for breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent, and turned out to be the best meal we had in Bordeaux for our trip. Will definitely come back and want to the the staff and management for taking care of us.
The staff was so amazing! The room we had was romantic and beautiful. We sat on the patio and drank wine under the stars in our hot tub every night. We can't wait to go back!
Absolutely amazing place. Beautiful rooms, excellent and super friendly service. Nice location. Hotel seemed almost new and staff was very motivated. Also price was very reasonable for what was offered.
The Hotel is a brilliant boutique hotel in bordeaux. The staff were super helpful and when mistakes happen they were very responsive in rectifying it. A few things in the hotel room could be designed better or upgraded. Their room phone is not intiutive to use (it has to be "iphone simple". Neither was the wifi setup. I still give them 5 stars for how they wowed me with fixing whatever wasn't right.
