Very comfy business hotel
Super clean and quiet hotel. Nice breakfast with variety of healthy options. It's about 15 min walk to central station, but near the hotel you'll find bus stop (25 bus goes straight there from central station).
Not the best experience, but definitely the best price.
The room was large enough, especially since we had triple beds for only two persons. The view from the fifth floor was fine. The beds were disasters, each morning my calves felt like they had done intense exercise during the night. Bathroom was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The hotel's personnel top notch, and so was the price we paid for our stay!
I'd really like to give the hotel a 3 1/2 star rating. We stayed for 3 nights as a family. The location of the hotel is good as it's near the train station (easy day trips to Florence or Venice). It is a good 20 to 30 minutes walk to the main attractions of Florence (not a problem if you like walking!). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a highlight. Good leaf tea, filter coffee on tap and they will make you an espresso. Usual selection of breads, cheese and scrambled egg. The decor of the room was a little old but it was clean. My big criticism was the mattress on the bed (completely worn out).
It is a very nice hostel. It is just like your home. There is no receptionist available 24hours due to limited number of room and they do not need to hire full time. I like the way they operate this hostel. For a guest, we need to check their check-in time before you book. For the room, it is clean, nice, good environment, close to train station, cafe, restaurant but far from city center attraction. Overall, I am satisfied with this hostel. I love it
