Checkin/out took forever. The room was large, clean and quiet. It is right in front of the station, so very convenient if you traveling to other italian cities.
Stay here, trust me! The staff is beyond nice, the hotel is super clean, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is perfect. One of the best breakfast bar I’ve had in a while - you can find freshly baked goods, hot food like eggs, sausage, bacon, beans, there’s also a fruit bar, juice station, and cereal. Tonight is my last night and I’m already sad about leaving. Definitely recommend! And if you’re traveling via train, the station is right across the street.
Room clean, just the Family room features haven't been available on the room (Snack, treats)
Very nice hotel! We used the train station quite a bit to go to Ravenna, Pisa and Florence so the hotel’s location was excellent. Rooms are nice and comfy. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

We were warmly welcomed by Francesco who kindly provided us an upgrade that we appreciated, every detail was noted and attention paid to our comfort and wellbeing.
Good choice for breakfast and very polite staff in the restaurant.
Perfect position just next to the station and close to city center.
The only thing that could be improved is a small renewal in rooms, in bathroom especially.
The staff was also very helpful after our stay and Tiziana kindly sent me back things I left in the room.
I would recommend this place and would be definitely back.
