The hotel cancelled my reservation made by Booking.com saying my credit card wasn't valid. It was an outright lie - I wrote to the hotel about it, I even provided another credit card but they NEVER replied. The real reason they cancelled my reservation was that the rate was cheap and they realized they can charge 5 times the rate because the Cosmoprof trade show (a very big event for Bologna when all hotels are fully booked) suddenly changed the dates due to Covid falling at the same time as my booking. The hotel never replied my emails and left me without a reservation. I suggest the way they treat their guests is something to keep in mind when you book your stay in Bologna.
Clean room. We had a small suite with lots of room. Breakfast is inexpensive and spartan. Get breakfast out! Its great for one night because of its location so close to the train station and across from the bus depot.

Very tiny rooms, but very nice, clean, modern, upscale, and new. Nice bar/breakfast area by the lobby. Moderately expensive. Within walking distance of the train station.
