Really helpful and friendly staff. Big family room, in fact 2 co-joined rooms. Spa area a little small and just about adequate. Maybe one larger pool would be better than 2 small ones. Especially when the hot spa was not functioning. But good value nonetheless.
You have to pay for the internet, staff is friendly though. Our room was smelling (from the bathroom perhaps) and light is poor. We had no cups and they removed the kettle from our room... the breakfast could improve, some fruit probably. Other than that, it's ok.
The staff is incredibly indolent and deaf. It's 23.49 on 12 February 2020. Some children have slammed the door very very hard to the room 106 for 14 or 15 times within 45 minutes. They have brought upset customers from 4 different rooms to see what's going on. I'm convinced that the noise is heard from the reception. I think I will kick someone soon. And party goes on, it's 01.19. Still no intervention. We just called the police
Not the best experience, but definitely the best price.
The room was large enough, especially since we had triple beds for only two persons. The view from the fifth floor was fine. The beds were disasters, each morning my calves felt like they had done intense exercise during the night. Bathroom was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The hotel's personnel top notch, and so was the price we paid for our stay!
Uncommunicative service, being overcome verbally resorted to Italian to utter insults so that we are not able to understand them.
