The location is perfect...pedestrian area. Customer Care of Front Desk staff is exceptional. The rooms are beautifully simplified and comfotable...so quiet. AC worked accordingly to thermostat that was easy to use but the most comfortable was the giant shower with a built in bench..big enough for 2! Great design elements throughout the hotel....I will definitly come back every chance I have!
Perfect location, good service, and cleanliness is top notch. We walked to the main sights in Bologna, the reception staff were very cordial and helpful. They are taking all precautions for covid19.
What an experience! From the welcome to the recommendations to our checkout, the Staff of this hotel know how to treat its clients! Wonderfully situated near Piazza Maggiore, it is a pleasurable walk to just about everywhere in the historical center. The rooms are clean, well appointed, and show pride of management. We wish we could have stayed one more night.
Brilliant stay here for our honeymoon. Room was large, comfortable and modern. The women on the front desk was lovely to chat to, and gave us great recommendations.

You only need a brief walk to reach the main place of the city, or to lose yourself in a tour of the city center, where the unique cultural heritage is side by side to modern clubs and shops
