Nice hotel, comfortable room and bed with excellent buffet breakfast. Need to get a taxi downtown. Watch the fares, should be 12 to 15 euros not twenty Some drivers like to take you the long way. Ask before you take the ride. Bus okay in the day if you are not in a hurry.
We had a bit too big expectations because of the good reviews I guess.
Stuff was professional, some of them were also really nice, like the young guy working at the swimming pool. Hotel is also pretty nice, they have a big swimming pool.
I'm vegan, and the breakfast was a disappointment. There were some ready-made fruit salads, and not-animal milk, but very little vegetables. When I asked about vegan options, they were confused and give me gluten-free bread(?). A bit later I went into the restaurant to buy something to eat. The lady on the doors was kind of rude with no reason. She stopped me by stepping on my way with a strong gesture and asks me "This is the restaurant! What do you want?" I was too surprised to ask her was is her problem, It was humiliating.
Booked for the country house..it was closed. Stayed in the main hotel. The reception staff were quite robotic. The rest of the staff lovely.
Rooms Double for single use small room...no view. .. double room spacious and nice.
Unfortunately I didn’t stay in the main building but my room was located in the apartment complex just on the other side of the road.
The apartment was very spacious but with average finishes and appliances. The shower was pretty bad, very narrow and with a broken head.
There was an outside area which looked nice but was full of pigeons and poo.
The breakfast was nice, typical Italian.
The hotel is awesome. Very nice facility, plenty of parking. The room was big enough and very clean. The bed was comfy.
The breakfast is a buffet. Variety of cereal, fruits, pastry, cheese as well as boiled and scrambled eggs. Coffee was decent too.
The stuff was awesome, very friendly, very helpful.
There is a gym and a pool guests can use. The are located in the Savoia Regency hotel across the stress. The pool was clean and warm, plenty of sunbeds around.
It was a very nice stay overall.
I'd totally stay there again.
