We had a wonderful stay. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood but a close walk to all of the sites. Rooms were really nice and we were lucky enough to get a free upgrade. The terrace has lovely views of the city.
Utterly unprofessional.
placed my booking directly with the hotel, called specifically to ask info about their garages. i booked a classic double room and a garage, gave my documents but indicated that I didn’t want to give my credit card details via email as it is not safe and that I would have done it via phone. i forgot to call for literally one day and i get an email as a reminder the day after, I call immediately and they say they gave away the garage!!! Two days before i was supposed to be there. Sad but true. Don’t even bother.
Avoid for aperitivo. Our tour guide advised to go here. We went straight to the roof as reception was empty. We ordered 2 aperol spritz and after 10 mins were asked for our room number. When we said we were not residents they were not too pleased. Other guests received snacks but we had nothing. When we asked for the bill they changed 30 euros but on the website the price is 10 euros per drink. They insisted we pay and took our temperature even though they were allowing several guests to walk around with no masks.
Really nice little hotel with delicious coffee and a nice terrace.
Very quiet hotel with a great rooftop view! Kind of hidden away but it’s part of the appeal. Just a brief walk to the shops and markets nearby.
