Nice little hotel about 20 minutes walk from the center of Bologna. Rooms small but very clean. Tasty breakfast (warm croissant, coffee, mozzarella, tomatoes, bread, fruit). There is a hospital opposite the hotel, but it is not very bothersome.

Nice and clean hotel! With a good breakfast! You need about 15minutes on foot until the central square and the rooms are very small
Where do I even begin! Thank you to the reception staff (all three of them), a huge well done to Lilly (housekeeping) for keeping our room tidy and looking like we had just checked in on a daily basis (we stayed 6 days!) and to the maintenance/concierge gent who was delightful and willing to help overcoming language barriers! I have stayed in few hotels in my trips in Italy and this little 3* one was a revelation! Our room was of good size and the bathroom was relatively big with a walk in shower that fits 2 (Rm 208). The hotel is just 15m walk from the two towers (centre) and next to a mobike point (when in Italy always love cycling) so no need to walk or take a bus! There is a Coop supermarket at 200 meters (big and reasonably priced) and a launderette at 500m (towards town). If you are planning a trip to Bologna do stay there and you will not regret! A gem and a great value for money!
All it should be: nice and clean, friendly stuff and great breakfast.
