Fantastic historical building. Beautiful rooms.
Great passion and attention for the customer need and for details. The staff is very nice and friendly, but always professional. Little fitness and wellness zone.
Located in pedestrian area. 45 Minutes mobile phone call to get guidance. Valet parking Did Not exist. Poor recommendation for Dinner. Wi-Fi-Login information incomplete. Room telephone with no information to dial reception or concierge - completely useless.

We stayed at this hotel Sep 6 and 7th. It was our second time there and we absolutely loved it each time. The hotel is beautiful, but what really makes it shine are the people that work there. Everyone from the front desk lady that checked us in to the bartender in the bar to the night staff that made sure that we had an amazing stay. I only wish I had written down all there names. Love Bologna, and would love to stay again.
The best hotel on Bologna and tightly so. Huge history, impeccable service and all slap bang in the middle of Bologna with all main attractions just minutes away
The restaurant and breakfasts are worth the stay alone. Stay here or settle for second best.
