Reviews from visitors:
My last stay was in October but I have also stayed here in the summer. Last time I checked (December) it was closed due to the current COVID restrictions in Italy but I hope it reopens soon. It’s a nice, small, well furnished hotel with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. The location is good, not too far from the main station (which now has a direct rail link to the airport) and close to the attractions of Bologna and lots of nice restaurants
Additionally, to the really high parking fees, after 3 months, you will get some letter from Commune di Bologna, wanting 4x times the ticket fee for "using" a traffic-calmed road. This is as follows: For the arrival and leaving the luggage 2x times, for leaving and picking up the luggage 2x times. It is like in he ancient time, when having people at roadside, bribing money from you.
All in all, the parking fees and the ticket fees are higher than the hotel and the stay itself. Although, if you like to carry your luggage to the whole town, you can save the ticket fees, except you have to calculate some sweat.
Please take your money next time from some other tourists, ours, you wont get any more.
Everything was spot on. From the interiors to cleaniness levels to staff. Was there for two nights and truly felt at home.
All safety regulations post COVID are respected and breakfast served to your room (as unfortunately they can't do buffets due to current regulations) it's a nice added plus.
The room is very comfortable and has all the amenities necessary (including a pillow bar- where you can ask the reception for a pillow based on your sleeping habits).
Staff was very kind and helpful, with good suggestions of places where to eat and drink in town.
Very very nice hotel in the heart of Bologna.
Friendly and polite staff.
A stone throw away from the twin towers.
It is absolutely fantastic!
Breakfast has everything you need, especially a very good espresso! Yum yum!
Bar in the evening if you don't fancy a stroll.
Definitely recommended, this is not a chain place, it feels like family, truly!
Comfotable well appointed hotel with pleasant and helpful staff.
