Everything was perfect from A to Z. Staff is very friendly. Hotel and room equipment is modern and functional. Breakfast is an average. We have been surprised finding on new year eve a bottle of wine and chocolate in the room. It resides in a safe area with a lot of restaurants, grocery stores around.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Artisan! We stayed for two nights and everything was perfect! The staff is welcoming and so accommodating! A special thank you to Alba for all the great recommendations of restaurants in the area. The neighborhood and location of the hotel is perfect! The building is well maintained and everything was perfect! We can't wait to come back!
Comfortable hotel in a "good" (safe) part of the city. I had not been to Bogota for twenty years, and returned in October 2019. My client booked Bioxury for me, and it was welcoming and comfortable. Tasty buffet-style breakfast with eggs to order. If I returned, this would definitely be a hotel I would consider.
We loved it here so much we stayed 2xs, my guy even requested the same room because they were so spacious and comfortable. Great location, tons of restaurants, park to relax in and taxis to every where at the best prices.
The stuff is extremely helpful and friendly and my room was as I expected, tidy and very cosy. It's is located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood so for you guys from overseas nothing to be afraid of. By the way, I've lived in Australia and Abu Dhabi and people in hospitality have never been this great.
