WARNING! EK Hotel Management
Juan Carlos demanded full advance payment of 1800 USD with claims that 'Space is limited" and is the only way to secure booking. Then they shut down the hotel due to Covid and refused to return 1800 USD with claims potential bankruptcy and instead offering credits for us Military Personnel who can not return. Multiple tourists all deceived so they could obtain equity before the Covid and 9 MONTHS later, still no reimbursement to all Military and Civilian tourists. WARNING!
