Everything about this hotel deserves five starts.
I stated with my husband at the W Bogota for a weekend last month. I was so impressed with the design, service, restaurant, safety and cleanliness. The hotel has a marvelous design all over the lobby, amenities, elevators and rooms.
The staff was extremely attentive and caring. Every time we had a question they were always there to assist us.
The restaurant and bar scene is excellent. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner with the freshest ingredients and what I liked the most, is that they showcase with pride the Colombian cuisine. Also, the staff at both the bar and restaurant are so courteous and kind. It is in fact my favorite W Hotel in the world.

Our entire experience was incredible, from the welcome to the warm staff and effort that was put into every detail. The hotel is a beautiful property, it's one of my favorite W's ever! The food and restaurant are amazing!!! I highly recommend! I can't wait to come back!!!

Hands down the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’ve been to many 5 star and high end hotels across the globe and I have to say that W bogota is by far the best one. The staff is amazing.
A beautiful hotel in Bogotá. We only get to spend one night there but our experience was not the best. We arrived to the hotel around 9:30 pm and the reservation was ready. We asked front desk to see if it was possible to go eat something at their restaurant and the say yes. We went to our room to leave our things, then we went to the restaurant and it turns out they had their famous brunch night. The food looked amazing but we decided to just have a la carte menu.
Our waiter took forever to take our order. He brought water but only one glass, ten minutes later we brought the second glass and took the order and gave us a piece of bread with some dipping, 30 minutes later we waited for our food but never came, the waiter never came back to check on us and we never saw him again.
We went back to our room and call the receptionist and told him what happened. The reception said they will bring the food to our room in 5 minutes. They did brought it fast but the food was cold and not very well made.
Our room had everything that we needed and more! The bed was amazing and the view was wonderful.
If you stay there go eat somewhere else, the restaurant service is not the best.
