My family and I all loved the Grand Suite at the Grand Hyatt in Bogotá. The extra social room was a bonus for our little baby to run around in, in a safe environment (you can close all doors between bedroom, bathroom, closet area and living room). Everything about the room was great, including the bath with a very nice bathtub. The other facilities in the hotel were great. The car park is accessible 24 hours and you can go up and down to your car by yourself. The pool, jacuzzi and water circuit are amazing. The main pool (I think it's semi-Olympic, it's bigger than what I thought judged on the photos) is gently warmed so it does not feel cold at all once you are in. Because of Covid, you have to book slots to use the pool (which you can do in advance), but they limit the number so it did not feel overcrowded. We had some room service and the food was all great, all made from scratch. I will definitely return. The hotel itself has wonderful architecture and all the fittings and fixtures are recent. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was very good, great variety and quality. As soon as I made the booking on Booking, I was contacted by telephone by concierge to confirm my stay and extra requests that I had (cot and fold-out bed for kid). I thought that attention to detail was great, and haven't seen it before.
We went to the Hyatt Bogota for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. We really liked the hotel and I think it is probably the best hotel in town. The interior is impressive and at the same time tasteful. The brunch wasn't that extensive, but the food on offer was of a very good quality.
The Grand Hyatt Bogota staff is excellent! The hotel is beautiful, and the food is good. I had an issue the first day, and it was resolved immediately. Anyone looking for a great hotel I would recommend you stay here. When I come back to Bogota I will stay at the Grand Hyatt Bogota. Any management reading this review “Alejandra” is great front desk receptionist. Luiz (Front Desk) and the lady (I think her name was Cindy) that works in Aldeana Market both very friendly personalities made me feel very welcome.
the best hotel ever and super friendly people since you go out of the car, the location was perfect , the bed were super comfortable, everything was very clean, very quiet room too comfortable !! thanks for having me
Beautiful place, amazing restaurant in the 14th floor, the view to the city is awesome. Hyatt always providing the best customer service to it's guests.
