Reviews from visitors:
Not an eco hotel in the slightest. They have a basket full of snacks and drinks in plastic in each room. Also when o asked the receptionist if I could have more toilet roll because they hadn't been replenished she gave me a single roll wrapped in plastic. When I booked the room I requested a vegan breakfast because it's included in the price, when I arrived I asked and they said they didn't have any, not even plant based milk, I'm sorry but if you're an eco hotel then why are you cooking up meat and diary? They could at least provide something for an request that was made in advance.
The hotel itself is actually nice and cosy, quiet and in a great location, so I would love to give them more stars but based on the above I couldn't.
This was the perfect one night stay in Bogotá. It’s close to the airport and city centre and easily accessible. The staff were great and the food was delicious. I’ll recommend.
We spent 2 hours coming through airport customs (a fairly normal length of time apparently) , by which time our airport transfer which we had organised through the hotel had left. We made our way in a taxi on our, but the hotel still insisted we pay for their transfer despite not using it. They had no drinking water for sale. The shower had no door so each shower caused a flood in the bathroom. Would not recommend to others
After reading some other reviews here: IT'S A SCAM, simply.
Colombian hotels don't seem to grasp either the concept of reservation nor boutique.
Check these actual photos and compare to official, listed pictures.
Also, they will take your reservations to a supposedly 4 stars unit but keep the room available to others anyway, sending you to another, half-at-best-star building, without further notice or discount.
Also, you'll have to go there at your own expense or walking and carrying your own luggage (it's only some couple blocks away, down the road and turning at this light there and then the corner etc, they will tell you at reception).
Really nice if you're up to some on-foot city tour right away from airport!
By the way, they won't let you cancel your reservation and will try to charge the original room, even if they don't provide said room and send you to the downgraded one.
On the up side, the shower doesn't have curtains or any sort of separation, so you end up with a cute micro lagoon and waterfall in your restroom after cleaning yourself up.
Maybe that's the boutique aspect of it? Oh, is the walking and the little lake the Eco thing?! I got it now...
Good luck and good night.
Breakfast is good, price ok. Rooms are spacious. But something is missing i don't know what.
