Click Clack Hôtel is a city icon full of good vibes. Friendly staff whiling to help at all times. Rooms are on the small side but Junior Suites are pretty much spacious for a short trip. Comfy beds, nice pillows, a big bathroom and obviously a nice view. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The bar -non owned by the hotel- brings together Bogotá’s JetSet and makes it nicer.. Restaurant has a good reputation, a must to try.. There are plenty hotels in the city, but definitely heading back.
Best boozy brunch in Bogota! The food was just amazing, especially the steak. The dj was phenomenal. And our waiter Boaz was exceptional and really made the experience perfect.
A great Valentines day
Nice boutique hotel in Chico Norte. Great staff that helped me in Spanish & English. My room had a beautiful little terrace outside, but was a little on the small side.
CONS
1) I booked and paid for a standard room (S), but was given a economy room (XS) when I arrived.
I ended up just staying in the XS room because it had a better view, while the S room faces the wall of another building. I don't understand why the cheaper room would have a better view?
2) The hotel should let the guest know that you need to specially request for house-keeping to make up your room.
I was surprised to come back with the room uncleaned/unprepared. It's a bit strange I have to specifically go down to reception to get soap and toilet paper.
3) When I did communicate/request for the room to be made, I returned to it still being uncleaned/no soap and no toilet paper.
4) The hotel should also let people know before they pay, that the hotel does not allow any guests/friends to come up - not after they have paid.
5) The reception should also have two people to attend to guests. One person at the desk causes a bottle neck. I waited for over 20 mins to get help. Time is important.
6) Because I communicated these issues, I was told I could take anything from the minibar for free to compensate for these 'errors', so I took a water bottle, and a bottled tea, and when I left I was invoiced for them.
Overall, I had a bad taste when I arrived (given wrong room), and a bad taste when I left (invoiced for drinks I was told that was for free).
PROS
1) Good and fairly safe location, with banks, convenience store, and parque 93 (restaurants) nearby
2) Good modern design and ergonomics of the room. I could do work, lay out my stuff etc.
First time to Bogota and I'm glad I stayed here. The location is awesome everything is in walking distance. Great restaurants and entertainment.
