Booking confirmed, but no room was reserved for us on arrival.BE CAREFUL, after reading other reviews...this seems common here. Book elsewhere to avoid disappointment.The staff did their best, but help was limited.The owners of this hotel have made great effort to make this place look nice and modern on the surface, but without soundproofing and basics, like bins in the rooms....what's the point. Obviously just trying to take peoples money without actually providing the service advertised.And last but not least. The internet is more like 'dial up' than wifi.
Love the place I have been staying here every time I come to Bogotá
The first visit was very welcoming, and the second time we had to ask for a change of room, ask for towels, the shower difficult to adjust, little water, the toilet paper was finished because the roll was almost finished when we arrived, there are not enough parking spaces, They woke us up at 12 at night to move the vehicle so that someone else could leave.
