Excellent friendly staff. Excellent service. No central heat in rooms, but they do provide some guest's with portable space heaters, but most will be fine without it.
Just to be clear, I live in the US but this is my third time here in 18 months.
Was in his same hotel last year and I have to come back here again :) Traveling in COVID era, came here just a couple of weeks after they opened international flights, I can not imagine staying in any other place (not knowing what to expect when I get here, at least this place have all the comforts of home).
Very clean, they spray the bottom of your shoes and take your temperature every time you come in, all the staff are masked and with face shields. Staff are very accommodating and pleasant.
The rooms are big compared to other places, kitchen appliances are full size, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean with strong hot water.
Breakfast is good (included in the price), it’s no longer buffet cause of covid era but they have a menu and if what you want is not there, they will try to accommodate you. Not sure about lunch or dinner, but I think it’s overpriced compared to what you can get for your money outside of the hotel.
Overall, this is my to go to place in Bogota :)
I didn't take any photos but this must be the best and friendliest place we've stayed in Colombia. Very clean, this is important. Electronics in rooms are all connected with Smart Home. Location is nice too, close to big mall. We asked manager to call a doctor for my kid, she was sick. Doctor came soon and it was very helpful, plus there was no charge for that service, this is definitely a good place to stay in Bogota!
In my opinion the best place to stay in the best area of Park 93. Great Suites excellent service along with friendly and awesome staff. Clean and very comfortable
Beautiful hotel and extremely friendly staff. Location was perfect as well. Would have been 5 stars but extremely loud construction noise started before 7am every day.
