This hotel is not a 5 star hotel as it claims. There is hygiene issues in the bathroom due to lack cleansiness. The staff is very friendly but will not actually do anything. If you plan to stay here, be sure to bring cleaning supplies, your own towels as they only provide 2 towels that are in rough shape and are very similar to hand towels. Also bring toilet paper as they provided us half a roll for a 2 night stay and when we requested toilet paper they stated it would be right up but it never arrived and they do not answer their phone. In addition they do not provide tissue paper so be sure to bring that as well. Location is great the lobby is beautiful and has character but this is not a 5 star hotel it's more of nice 2 star, however if you bring cleaning supplies toilet paper, towels, tissue paper and do not have any expectations from the staff to actually do very much (for example they wouldn't even call us a taxi) you can have a nice stay.

amazing hotel. good bfast n general service. near to most embassies in the north. but as a 5 stars hotel i think they need to have a gym at least
Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Brilliant breakfast buffet and the rooms are nice and big. Do not expect a very modern hotel, but for the price it is worth every cent.
