Location is good and rooms are clean and good. Front desk and staff very polite and helpfull.

Nice big rooms (two queen size beds), includes three restaurants and an indoor pool. Security always at the front door so you feel safe.
There were only 2 towels (no hand towel and no floor towel). Restaurant had no vegetarian options.
Amazing customer service, everyone was super nice. Had the pool to ourselves during lunch time. Very relaxing. Big front lounge area to hang out.
The only thing we had an issue with was the bed, we discovered some tiny rocks under the green bed scarf. Will definitely stay here again.
Great hotel and very reasonably priced. Staff on reception are very welcoming and restaurant staff too. Breakfast is brilliant and varied. The pool and spa is great as well.
My favourite thing was the wonderful gentleman that plays the piano Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm. It's often quiet in the hotel lobby in that time, so it's lovely to sit and read and listen to him play. He is blind, so make sure you show him your appreciation with a little round of applause. I left tips a couple if times. Thank you for the music! ❤
Very old towels and bedlinen are used, you will feel as if you sleep on top of sand,n the sheets are that old they feel like sandpaper
