The stuff is extremely helpful and friendly and my room was as I expected, tidy and very cosy. It's is located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood so for you guys from overseas nothing to be afraid of. By the way, I've lived in Australia and Abu Dhabi and people in hospitality have never been this great.
Very well priced hotel in the nice party of Bogota. Amazing room, huge suite with one of the best bathroom/showers I've ever seen. The breakfast buffet is killer! Tons of local favorites on top of a huge selection of tropical fruit and great fresh juices and coffee.
Neat rooms, friendly staff, great location. Definite recommendation! Two thumbs up!

Crooks. This hotel tried to charged me the IVA (Colombian only) tax even if I am Canadian. I refused to pay the tax and agreed on the phone with the owner to go elsewhere and not get charged for the night. However, the day after, I got charged even if I did not stay there. I never got my money back even after 10 days and numerous phone calls.
