Very good client service, the rooms are very cozy without strong smells, nice decoration. It is centrally located. The spa options were very good. Nice design.
The staff at the hotel are really nice. However, i stayed for a long time and noticed some issues. In particular the system of opening the door meant that sometimes i was left standing outside waiting to get in or couldn't get out in the morning. Other reviews have mentioned how loud it is and I ignored them but it really is an issue if you are there for a while. There are kids running around at times but the main issue is people watching videos and hanging out in the lobby. That noise travels to the room. Also, in the morning they come to get the breakfast ready and make lots of noise, you can also smell the cooking in your room sometimes. Basically, this isn't a relaxing hotel. It is in a good area, it is safe but honestly I don't think I can recommend them. I am staying for a further stay in Bogota and have moved hotels, it's not good for a long term stay for business. Also the gym and spa are non exist really. I picked it based on having a gum but was never able to use it.
Nice rooms, breakfast is alright. Other commodities are very nice, except the jacuzzi which could have been cleaner. Overall very good experience with the personnel, certainly worth the price
