After booking multiple weeks with the owner, I was thrown out. A fellow guest who was checking out asked me to relay a message, to not throw his things in the garbage, he had an emergency. Apparently, the owner doesn’t fare well with people trying to help travelers. She’s a complete nut case. I highly recommend any other hostel to this one.
This hostel is a total scam! I booked a month ahead and the day upon arrival, they said, they had to close the hostel and are „out of service“. They said they are partnering with another hostel in the same district (Selina hostel) and they booked a room for me there. When I arrived at Selina, they said they are not partnering with 12:12 and also, that they haven’t heard from them and that this is definitely a lie from 12:12...
don’t ever book with them!!!!
We booked through Expedia and got charged, but when we arrived at the hostel it was closed. It has few "for sale" signs on the windows.
Lovely place and neighborhood!!! Perfect start for a trip in Colombia. Maria has always the best recommendations!
