This hotel, along with its sister property in the Zona T area of Bogotá, is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the city. I’ve stayed at the Zona T location before the pandemic and this one during it (a few weeks ago) and the service is superb. I think what separates this hotel from other luxury hotels is the attention to detail. I had not seen this level of attention and response from any other hotel I’ve stayed at in Bogotá.
This particular hotel is unique. It has colonial era architecture that somehow maintains a high level of comfort.
I recommend this hotel and it’s sister property (depending on the location you need to be). I find interesting that sometimes the prices are slightly lower than its lower quality competitors.
I am quite choosy, and I choose Four Seasons.
I think the key to their success is their staff and what I perceive to be management’s trust and empowerment to give them decision making authority at the “lowest” levels, which allows for providing the very best service in Bogotá luxury hotels. I stayed early December 2020.
Elegant and comfortable location; professional people to attender you, special service, they give you everything that you deserve and more, wonderful restaurant; high level of sofisticación for the management; very high class organization, they have ready for you each detail so you feel you are very important to them and you are part of their family. The best Four Seasons I have ever stayed at period.
