We absolutely loved our stay at the Artisan! We stayed for two nights and everything was perfect! The staff is welcoming and so accommodating! A special thank you to Alba for all the great recommendations of restaurants in the area. The neighborhood and location of the hotel is perfect! The building is well maintained and everything was perfect! We can't wait to come back!

I adore the Artisan! Rooms and public spaces are beautifully designed and comfortable, beds are very clean and comfortable, even their cosmetics are great.
Wonderful breakfast in the space that doubles as a Japanese restaurant for lunch and dinner, tasty lunch and dinner too.

Pretty expensive for what you get. Rooms are a little small, but very comfortable and well-appointed. Staff are helpful and friendly and most speak good English. Very convenient location surrounded by great restaurants.
Nice boutique feel that is totally in sync with the are of Bogota it is located in with bricks-based theme.
The best feature of the hotel is the bar, which must have one of the absolute best bartenders of the city. The cocktails are world class.
The rooms are fine though small. Location is very good. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet is below average.
