There were many hotel choices in Bogotá. We came back to NH Collection because of great past experience. We're absolutely pleased of our decision. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern and comfortable with modern amenities. The water temperature was very good. I wish the water pressure was stronger. We slept well on the bed with central air control. We used transportation service provided by the hotel and were very pleased with the drivers professionalism. All in all, a very satisfactory stay at NH Collection Bogotá Tetra.
The hotel is far from being 5 stars I think 3 is good, it is pretty and well located But rooms are small, the bathrooms are GLASS DOORS so no privacy at all and they are way too close to the bed, so it is uncomfortable, the staff is friendly but food is limited and not tasty, with all the amazing fruits and flavors Colombia has they do not reflect that in the breakfast.

Very nice staff although most didn't speak Ingles but very friendly people.
One thing I don't like is they don't have a swimming pool because I love swimming

Front desk excellent. Beds very comfortable. Glass bathroom partition very uncomfortable as it lights up the whole room when using at night.
