Just ok... Nothing more.. I wouldn't give 4 stars to this hotel. The internet has not worked, the reception man was not very friendly, he was talking in his language with another person, the one that has recommended us the hotel, thinking that we don't understand his language and telling that we should pay more than that person has told us ( the person was the reception guy from another hotel were everything was full and he sent us to hotel Luna,, but they were the same company because he has looked in the system and told us how much it will cost) the music from across the street was very loud till 11.00 o'clock in the evening, and for a family with kids it's not pleasant, we have had inclusive the breakfast and they are so bad organized.. We had to wait for someone to announce that we want to eat breakfast, and wait long....everyone around was busy.... We are living in Germany, we have spoked in German with the guy at the reception and after he saw our ID s, that we are not germans he was not so friendly... The conclusion is that we will never go to this hotel ever...
Good hotel with optimal rate of service to price. Very helpful staff. Food belongs to higher average level. Clean And spacious rooms. Nice And warm pool outside. Bad parking - more cars than parking slots, better not to use your car after finding a place. Lifts have a strange system of picking up passengers - needed to go from 2nd to 0,but travelled to 7th, then to 4th. Long waiting for lifts.
We spent here one week and this was really great time. Wery clean room and friendly staff. There is a lot to do in Bibione for people who like spending vacations actively and Luna Hotel nicely supports it by offering free bikes. These bikes are very comfortable and pretty well maintained. Hotel is a 4 star facility, but there is 5th star - Antonio - superfriendly waiter in the hotel restaurant who made our stay even more enjoyable. (Downsides: it would be nice to have gym, perhaps it can be organized in the half of the play room on -1 floor; be careful with the vegetable ingredients for self-made salads - I would skip it next time and stick to the cooked food)
