Great hotel in Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. Amazing service from the staff. Room was clean and very big and had all of the amenities you required. Breakfast was great with staff that looked after you very well. Fluffy pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice was great way to start the day. Having a large balcony from the room was really good. Would stay here again next time I’m in Berlin.
The breakfast was definitely not 5 star quality. Very limited chice, every day the same, miniature portions. We ordered ham and cheese for 2 people and they bring us 1 small piece of cheese/ham per person (it happened every day). For the price of the breakfast it was like a bad joke. When you ask something extra, you have to wait for a long time. Waiting for everything, even for a clean table for about 30 minutes, When you are on a trip, you have some daily schedule, so you don´t want to spend all morning on breakfast. And you definitely don´t want to go from breakfasf hungry.
In this hotel is 2 Michelin star restaurant, bud they can not even make pancakes or eggs properly (pancakes undercooked, not fluffy, scrambked eggs greasy).
Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great spa, and incredible room.
This is by far the quietest place in Potsdamer Platz! Such a bliss... I had lunch there a few months ago. Service was good, food was good. It is very minimalist but a great place for rest or making undisturbed calls.
Very clean, well run hotel. We had a nice spacious room with a comfortable bed and seating area. However it didn't feel luxurious as a 5 star should. The hotel felt more as if designed for corporate travel than pleasure. It was a bit cold in its ambiance. The bar area was dead and people didn't seem to want to lounge in the sterile common spaces. I'd stay here for work, but not for pleasure. My 3 star review is based on the fact that we were there on vacation to see Berlin, not for a work trip.
