Just perfect. Great service and ambiance.
Friendly staff and generally good service, however there were instances where the waiters at the restaurant were a bit slow during the breakfast service - perhaps this is due to being understaffed. The rooms are a bit compact but this may be European standard room sizes. Overall, we had a nice stay here. Nice for couples but not for big families.
Had a fantastic stay in the hotel. The bar is really amazing. Great music, cosy and excellent staff. Many thanks to the whole team and especially to Vincent, who is smart and very attentive.
Will definitely be back.
Best Hotel in Berlin...simply tue Best
The incompetence of the personnel at this hotel caused a huge inconvenience to my family and I by confirming a dinner reservation at the in house restaurant that was apparently closed but somehow slipped their mind and only informed us about this once we showed up at the location. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have never experienced such a mess up by anyone and would stay clear from this establishment.
