Tried to call them to query on the booking and the staff is very rude.
They will pick up the phone and then hang up.
So, finally I had to cancel my booking and look for other options.
I would give them a zero rating if there was an option.
This place was alright. I wouldn’t give it 4stars, but it was clean, kinda big. But I was expecting cosy room and it was just big dark room. Cool for 2-3 nights, but nothing more. And breakfast was okay, except for the rule we can’t take everything by ourselves. There were ladies that served us the food we’ve chosen because of corona pandemic
I don't recommend this hotel. I booked my room through Booking.com and I ordered and payed breakfast separately. When I get to the hotel they say that breakfast hadn't been payed yet. The woman was rude. She wouldn't listen to me and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain. She kept saying: "You haven't payed sir", when I was 100% confident that I had payed.
I had to go to my room, bring my laptop and show her the emails and booking details. She didn't apologize.
This was during COVID-19. The breakfast cost €10 and it was a plastic bag with two sandwiches with yesterday's bread plus two pieces of fruit.
Apart from that, I can't believe this is a 4-star hotel. I don't think it should be. There's nothing special about it.
Nice hotel, clean and quiet. But i think the receptionists needs to improve communication skills
Great food, museum and rooms. Parking free super save and open. Great treatment
