Reviews from visitors:
Great location, easy to take the public transport, and loads of restaurants, shops etc. within walking distance.
The room was spacious and clean with a small kitchen and a nice balcony. What you're paying for is the location and room size. There's no cleaning or breakfast and the reception is only staffed a few hours a day. But we knew that beforehand and it wasn't an issue.
Great apartment and good location but minus for poor cleaning service. They inform you that they do not do daily cleaning, but we stayed for six nights and they did not clean once. Upon request they went in once to empty the bins and change the towels and that was it. I expert more when paying normal hotel rate.
Very lovely studio with great location near supermarket, tramstation and only three stops away from Alexanderplatz. One small thing, however, is that the temperature in de studio is automatically regulated. Therefore, it was very warm in the studio (even in December and with the balcony doors open during day and night). Another very small thing is, is that you have to buy your own coffee-capsules (€1,- p.st.) for using the coffee-machine in the studio; if not going to the supermarket. But overall, one of the best places to stay in Berlin and, thus I would definitely recommend this accommodation!
Great atmosphere, easy to locate and get around city with good transport links.
Rooms are spacious, good amenities, very comfortable bed. We had balcony which was great and provided views of TV tower which was nice.
Would love to stay again.
Would stay elsewhere next trip to Berlin.
Got 2 stars because transportation was directly out front. Front desk is supposed to close at 10PM but closes whenever they feel like it. Prepaid 5 days but they only made the key valid for 3 - luckily we were back as the front desk clerk getting ready to leave 20 minutes early, otherwise we would have been waiting outside relaying a message so someone would then come by. After the first person would take a shower the second would have to wait for the water to recede - front desk solution just put extra towels on the floor.
Had to open windows because heat bad and it takes thermostat over hour to react, plus heat from lower floors kept it hot even with sliding door open - meant louder road noise.
Would not stay there next time
