I enjoyed my stay here and the staff was very friendly. However, I had a payment issue that took months to resolve. It is likely that everyone will not experience the same issue that I had. Therefore, I will recommend this hotel to others. However, the payment issue soured my experience and that's why I give 3 stars.
Very nice apartments. They are in the middle of the city with most attractions close by. Service and staff are very friendly.
Perfect place to stay in Berlin. Great location in the city center but with lots of options to park the car and visit the city on foot. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and perfectly designed and equipped. Staff was super friendly and professional plus they really followed COVID safety measures. Their parking was full but they recommend another one nearby. We loved this hotel and will definitely come back next time we’re in Berlin.
Our stay was amazing, the staff are friendly and real, the place is seemingly brand new and is very trendy and the room layouts are unique and fun! In room snacks are reasonably priced and the whole experience has been very good. Would definitely recommend. We have a toddler and can confirm they have playpens for sleeping so mom and dad can get some rest as well. Cheers Wilde team, well done.
